Our gluten-free cakes are made with natural green plantain flour sourced from Nigeria.

Why Oh!NG cakes are healthy:

1. Low sugar - Typically, each layer of cake contains about 25g to 30g of sugar which is more than 50% less sugar than regular cake recipes. Also, our cake frosting is made with about 70% less sugar than regular recipes.

2. Organic products - We use the finest ingredients and most of them are organic where possible.

3. Less fat: We prefer ermine frosting for our cakes which incorporates custard and sometimes cream cheese so that we keep butter relatively low compared to other types of frosting like Amercian buttercream or Swiss buttercream. Also, we keep sugar at minimum allowing you to have your cake and eat it too ;)
